In a warm and friendly atmosphere filled with love and loyalty, the Nuwaidrat Charity Association launched its new project, “Tawasul” (Communication), which aims to build bridges of affection and appreciation with the men and women of the village. The association’s board of directors began the project with a special visit to the association’s former president, Mr. Hassan Darbas. Members listened to his valuable guidance and learned from his rich experience in the field of charitable work. He spoke to them about the most prominent challenges facing charitable work and how to overcome them with determination and willpower. At the end of the meeting, the current chairman of the board, Abdulmonem Al-Shaib, presented Mr. Hassan with a plaque of appreciation and gratitude for his dedicated service, thanking him for the warm welcome and generous hospitality in his home. The “Tawasul” project embodies the association’s mission to build bridges of communication between generations and to draw inspiration from the experience of pioneers in charitable and social work in the village of Nuwaidrat.
