The Charity's strategic plan

The charity held a series of meetings over six consecutive weeks, one meeting per week, under the supervision of trainer Mohammed Al-Mulla, to lay the foundations for its strategic plan.

The committee responsible for these meetings consisted of a group of village residents affiliated with the general assembly, in addition to several members of the charity's board of directors. The meetings yielded diverse outcomes, all aimed at improving the charity's work and benefiting the village.

The next step will involve forming working groups to address the various outcomes of these meetings. These groups will develop clear and well-defined implementation plans, culminating in a comprehensive strategic plan that addresses scientific aspects, social cohesion, and financial and investment considerations.

This step is crucial for strengthening volunteer and charitable work and represents a significant leap towards organized, institutional work for years to come.
