Engineer Ali Sabt, Chairman of the Barbar Charity Association, participated in the *Rusul Khair* development projects honoring ceremony and announcing the winning projects, which took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Ahmed Kanoo Hall in Hamad Town.

Many associations participated by presenting development projects that benefited the community, with the Tubli Charity Association winning first place.
